on staying focused

we've finally had some rain 

and the last few days have been real irresistible summer days... 

not easy to remain focused.

i pondered on focus while watching Pax hunting crabs on the beach, 

and boy is she focused! 

and it reminded me of something artist Robert Burridge said: 

"Paint like a dog goes after a bone." 

or crab... 

i like that. with focus and passion and stamina. 

just like Pax! 

(ps: the crab didn't make it... sorry crab)
