my little Pax pondering

and the calm before the storm...

we've had no winter here yet, in a way it has been wonderful, 

many warm calm days but we are also in desperate need of rain.

there has been a long drought already and our water situation is getting worrying.

it is making us a lot more conscious of how much water we use 

and it's a very good exercise to find ways to reduce consumption. 

but a storm is on its way, crazy wind and huge ocean forecasted. 

so apparently winter is coming!
